CARMA's #ElCoffeeTeam is made up of a multidisciplinary team. Consultants, Communicators, Marketers, Project Managers, Graphic Designers, Photographers, Advertisers, Video Editors, Digital Animators and AI Explorers, coming from different countries, different generations, different ideas, beliefs, preferences, life philosophies, tastes and obsessions, all united by the love of coffee and great projects. ☺

WHY?
CARMA
"The word KARMA comes from the Sanskrit KARMAN, which is divided into two syllables:
KAR: what does it meanca "The Creative Power of Man"
MAN: which means "The Thinking Man".
Fountain; Alchemy of Being
For us it means that everything we create and send to the universe in the form of thoughts, ideas, projects and actions will have a consequence in our life: if we do it well, good things will return to us, in the form of financial reward, projects and even friends. If we do it wrong, we will have unpleasant consequences.
In CARMA We choose to do things well and better, because we want only the good to circulate.
And about changing the K for the C...well, it has to do with the surnames of those of us who started this great adventure: CÁRDENAS MARTÍNEZ. Two beings who share this philosophy of life, a little madness and a small great fruit of this journey.
OUR HISTORY
It all started with a laptop without keys, a camera, two buckets, some cardboard boxes and a little madness, the kind that we continue to have to believe that things that seem impossible can become possible.
The buckets are especially important because they are where we seat our first customers. Nothing gives us more pleasure than when we see some of them, they ask us if we still have them, and when we answer yes, they tell us with a smile that when they get to Meetings they want to sit there.
It was in September 2013. When we look back, it excites us the path traveled. The learnings we have experienced, the joys we have had, the achievements full of emotion... thecolleagues, clients and friends who have accompanied us on the journey, the stepsfirmly and occasionally falsely that they have turned us into the Agency that we are and that we strive every day to be.
With very different facilities (we no longer have buckets, just as a souvenir), a focus on automation and technology, a young, talented, professional and motivated team, as well as a conviction in the power of alliances and valuable relationships, At CARMA we are prepared to continue creating, living, overcoming and smiling. Ready to move forward!
